ALWAYS see the TRAI format when looking at plans

No confusions about availability in this format

----------

More comprehension problems? Multiple calls over 1 year. Multiple calls to nodal. Multiple emails to nodal. Threaten to close my account. Talk to retention officer who made glorious promises claiming I was a Platinum customer and that my problem would be solved in TWO days.

What do I get? Repeated mails claiming my plan is 1MBPS when my plan is already 2 MBPS. If my plan is 1MBPS as they claim (My old plan) then my FUP is 100GB. Yet I get repeated warnings about 30GB limit which proves they have changed my account to 2MBPS with 30GB. Speedtests also prove 2Mbps.

And when I ask them to give me a 2Mbps plan with higher FUP they say why not take the 4Mbps. It is available. It IS feasible in my area. When I say yes, next day I get a mail from someone else saying it is NOT feasible. This has happened 3ice - once with the retention officer who promised me heaven

So I went to the customer care centre in Okhla yesterday armed with all printouts. And I was promised that by today evening I will be on the 2Mbps 75GB plan - Yes sir, yours is a GENUINE complaint. After 1 year of talking to people, I am waiting to see what happens.
a) Pls use correct b and B

b)If you do not have anything in written from them, assume nothing will happen

More comprehension problems?

why do u think we guys here have comprehension problems ????? we ppl are here on the forum who have combined experience of hundreds of years (of being the customers of Airtel) and we have comprehension problem, are u kidding me....????:baby: ...........i think its you who has comprehension issues.

i hope ur matter gets resolved as promised this time.......but if its not.........then what...???

----------

u will blame that we here are lacking comprehensibleness again???

Without understanding my issue (despite point by point posts), you insinuated that the problem was because of me and even your comments and questions were rude and hardly too cool.

I am not interested in blaming anyone but if you doubt the problem I am facing and question me repeatedly in language that is far from polite, I will presume you have a comprehension issue. Sorry...

@OP your were unnecessarily mixing your old problem with new plan request. you should have stopped pursuing your old issue and instead could have placed a separate request for plan change to one of the new plans.

When I first did that, they told me even 2Mbps was not feasible in my area. This has been going in since 2010, please understand. Which was when I said, OK leave me with my old plan. And then after a few months they changed the 1Mbps plan without informing me behind my back to 2Mbps (after telling me it was not feasible) and reduced my FUP as well. This was when I started complaining and trying to sort the problem out.Every time I tried, they pushed the 4Mbps in my face claiming it IS feasible, only to let me down each time. If you went through what I did I am not sure if you will laugh at their inability to sort out a simple NON-billing related issue or cry at the trauma you go through. And when I asked them to leave me with my old plan they would say the old plan is discontinued and they have given me double the speed but FUP has been reduced. So I would call again to question them and they would insist that as per their records I am on 1Mbps. Then when lost my temper and said I am getting 2Mbps speed and reduced FUP, they would have no answer and would give me interaction numbers and the promise of a resolution within a week. When I spoke to nodal I started asking for their surnames after a point because I once spoke to a Neha and almost a year later I got a Neha on the line who I thought would sympathise and remember and she told me that my Interaction ID dd not exist and she was not the same person I spoke to. I have several names now, none of whom have solved my problem.

Yet you havent tried the simplest remedy I told you to tryWould have taken you 10 min and solved your issue

eerrmm......did u notice we here mostly call airtel Airtel here???

did u notice that 2nd or 3rd post after ur opening post by u is mine , having the same shitty issue???? no u didnt i guess ........

did u realize that.....we were telling here to u, thats how Airtel works these days ....and u insisted that we here have comprehension issues...??? all of us who answered u????

do u realize that in life nothing is 100% ........it also applies to the possibility that Airtel is ****ed up and deliberately doing all this , and when we told u that ,u say, we cant understand the issue...??? are u even reading the posts here properly??? or u are just ignoring everything like hell??? just because we cant help u on this matter other than telling u that try consumer court or move on or keep pursuing....we cant understand issue??? u really have no comprehension abilities.u better read my post 10 times.:Boy Surrender:

If you say so, then I haven't tried it, right? That is exactly what I did THREE times and each time they said take the 4Mbps, it costs almost the same, and I fell for it... the second time it was a nodal promise and third time a retention officer promise who insisted she knows what she is talking about. I even said - IN CASE you are wrong and it is not feasible please put me on the 2Mbps with 75GB. Nothing happened.I got a FUP warning in December all over again.

hence the name is Airtel. and not airtel.

if everything fails this time again.......what will u do??? sue them....??? or change ur isp...??? or move on..??? or tell us here and tell us we dont understand the issue..????
