I have opted for airtel broadband services in Jalandhar, Punjab.They asked me if you could arrange your own modem or buy i from us.I borrowed a BSNL WA 3002G4 from a friend of mine.Since the day I i have been facing a problem of frequent dis-connects after sometime, and i have to switch off the modem for a while to get it working up again( i.e. to get the link).I have complained about it too, firstly they told your line will be changed, then something other, and now they say the bsnl modem does not support the airtel broadband profile. Does any one know, whether these problems could be due to a BSNL modem.
