Airtel Broadband Routing Issues

My pc -> Bhopal -> Mumbai
0ms -> 27ms -> 42ms (sometimes up to 75ms)

my pc -> Bhopal 350km
Bhopal -> Mumbai 775km

I am so close to Bhopal than Mumbai still its taking more time to go to Bhopal than Mumbai

I am using airtel from like 10 years I have the constant ping of 26-30ms from my pc to Bhopal but last night for like 20 min my ping was 10ms from my pc to Bhopal I wonder how and if its possible than why airtel not enabling it.

Here we go again @mayankfawkes there are multiple threads on Airtel routing related issues the latest one related to Cloudflare.

No use complaining because Airtel does very little to resolve problems. Raise a support ticket and try your luck.

i contact to normal customer service they said everything is fine from their side, ig thats the lowest speed i can have in games, guess what i was using bsnl and even that gov poor network had better ping than airtel for me,

bsnl ftth had 35ms ping for me to mumbai while airtel have 50ms

Just because you face issues in routing please dont be under the mistaken impression that Airtel will jump to resolve your issue.

We, as in many Airtel subscribers including myself, have all been there and are aware of what the reality with Airtel or any large or small ISP for that matter is. If you expect perfection in your home broadband connection you aint gonna get it...that's the reality of life. As long as you are able to surf the net and download, not necessarily at the speed you opt for because it can vary from time to time, Airtel has done its job. If they're giving you grief just change your ISP. The only way this can be resolved is if Airtel chooses to help. So contact 121 and try your luck. Believe me, it's difficult. Good luck.

from last 1 week my airtel connection shows 48-50 ms ping to 1.1.1.1 basically it connects to bombay Cloudflare earlier it was 3-4ms

my jio also shows 3-4 ms

is it possible to get this fixed from NOC??
what do I tell them?

same thing happens on jio fiber. usually i get 2 ms ping to cloudflare 1.1.1.1 but randomly it starts spiking to 30-40 ms and yes it then connects to bombay center.

is it issue of cloudflare or isp ?
