Its 4th day and still they are unable to deactivate safe custody @Juniper lol

I called them 3 at night, guy said there is some kind of system upgradation going on, thats why safe custody thing is locked down.
You cant activate/deactivate safe custody at the moment.

Well if that is the case then app should not have accepted the request for deactivation. Customer care is not telling the truth.

safe custody has been deactivated for me.

50 hours.

And here i am still waiting. Its been more than 100 hours lol.

i even said that disconnect my connection and they were like sir we cannot generate disconnection request as your connection is in safe custody.

what should i do ? Do not pay the bill ?

Ok so after 4 days safe custody is deactivated.

Now another issue : static ip is not working anymore. Pppoe is connecting fine but not static ip.

@Juniper did you face same issue after safe custody deactivation ?

My static IP stopped working day after getting it so I got it cancelled. Can't comment on this. But I can use 122.160.0.0/24 as my static IP and it works.

Day 6 and they are unable to provide internet access on static ip after deactivation of safe custody.
