Airtel Broadband: Self Care says User Name and Password Wrong

@members/r_shri/1.Are you sure of User ID and password for Selfcare. Ask CC to check.This is different to user Id and password used for connecting to Internet. Airtel Selfcare website working . I check daily in the morning. 2.Better to send an email to care .xxxx @airteltelephone.com
 
Just checked with CC. It seems that my new ID and password for SelfCare has been sent on wrong email address!!! It have asked CC to regenerate password and send to me on correct email address. May get it by tomorrow!
 
Got the ID and password! I was able to log in and complete registration. I must say - Revamp of SelfCare website has caught me by surprise! Its much better now!

BB usage details unbilled amount as usual.
Unbilled usage, Date wise also restored.
Only confusion is Re1/20 per pulse rate.
Just check out this below ur unbilles amount pop up window

* This is your approximate unbilled usage as on 25/04/2008. Please note this amount doesn't include monthly rents/discounts. Unbilled usage calculation is @ Rs 1.20 /pulse . Once the bill is generated usage charges will be calculated as per your bill plan.
