its 1 yr with airtel and i never had speed issues in upe...september08 has been the worst month with more than 30hr of downtime...bandwith throttling....etc....i am thinking of changing to bsnl

You can get ur sync speed changed u know.
Just tell them u are not able to use BOD/SOD as ur sync is low
they will change it xD...
