Airtel Broadband Stopped Working

My airtel broadband stopped working from today morning and when checked all LEDs are glowing properly but there was no internet. Later checked on Airtel Thanks app to register complaint but irony is my landline got removed from app itself and when called 121 and entered my landline number for complaint but it was invalid. So i suspect connection got disconnected... why...? Without any prior information. There was no pending dues. Now i am unable to register my service request also as landline number is showing invalid. What to do guys... please suggest.

See if you get any response by tomorrow. Also send another tweet if no response by afternoon.
I had network issue with Airtel a few days back, only one bar. Reported it on twitter and network rise to 3, full bar two days after complaint on twitter.

I got no response on twitter now. Seems like they are avoiding me or have considerably down-sized their social media team to increase the revenue.

@Kr.satyam46 they will respond to Twitter, FB and emails to 121 at in dot airtel dot com. If this connection is via a LCO you need to speak to them.

It's very unusual for an ISP to shut down customer service, with all dues cleared at that, without prior intimation unless you have used your home connection in a manner that violates their ToS in some way.

Making a call first should always be a priority than tweeting, those things can be done later or to be used for non emergency reasons.
