My airtel broadband stopped working from today morning and when checked all LEDs are glowing properly but there was no internet. Later checked on Airtel Thanks app to register complaint but irony is my landline got removed from app itself and when called 121 and entered my landline number for complaint but it was invalid. So i suspect connection got disconnected... why...? Without any prior information. There was no pending dues. Now i am unable to register my service request also as landline number is showing invalid. What to do guys... please suggest.
