Airtel broadband usage shows - no data exists

Airtel 256kbps UL
Anyone knows whats going on with the Airtel portal where we check our broadband usage. I have a 256kbps UL. I am trying to check my usage since today morning but it says no data exists even though I have set the calendar appropriately for a month. It was working fine about 5 days back. Anyone else having a similar situation ?

What is your billing cycle ? 26th to 25th ?Like BSNL six months or previous month data not available.Try dates 26th feb to 6th march 2009.For U/L acct do they show usage now ?I have Night U/L 0900PM to 0800AM and my usage is not shown. ( old user)

Yeah I clicked on the submit button

My billing cycle is 5th-5th....I have tried for different date combinations like for eg 10th feb-15th feb....still aint working....

Might be a temporary glitch....

there is some problem with airtel portal. if it says "No Data Exists" it means the database is screwed and your usage details are lost/not counted. it happened even with me. my billing cycle starts from 26-25, it was saying "No Data Exists" upto 3rd of this month and it started working fine from 4th onwards. i noticed that my usage from 26th feb - 3rd mar was not at all recorded and only the usage from 4th onwards is shown.
