And today my plan change req to 1499 from 3999 was done and this is what i got in email response

Same as yours except under Data it shows "unlimited"

And the email received was same as yours

if speed reduce after 3333 GB, then take a screen shot from your account and drop an email again and asked them to fix it. tell them it should show 10k GB not unlimited. that way you know your FUP limit.

@Vickey007 Why your speed offered in the portal say 1048.58Mbps? Is it a gigabit plan? What speed are you getting?

i first opted for 300 mbps and it shows the same speed since then in the portal, which is 1048 Mbps and when i took 1 Gbps plan, it remain the same. And now i move back to 300 mbps plan, it still the same. eSupport said it is max speed offer to me by the airtel in my area.

I got this email from Airtel business salesperson. They really seem to hide FUP if there is one, usually one would expect them to be more forthcoming with business users.

i'm going to setup a new home server soon so i'll try testing the limits,

It's 10TB sadly, after which you get capped to 2.5Mbps. Tested it myself with torrents.

I've emailed Airtel let's see what they have to say.

When I got their email, it was clearly mentioned 10k GB.
I haven't crossed more than 5 TB in any month.

idk they never properly stated it anywhere, i've a backup ISP which im testing now
