Airtel cc refused to enable bridge mode

As title says, Airtel email support refused to enable bridge mode on their ONT. What are my options now?

Currently experiencing double NAT & terrible internet experience like Instagram images load blurry, streaming services play on low res by default even youtube 4k buffers on 300 mbps connection.

I've read we can buy custom ont & clone serial.
Can anyone link which make/model to buy?

After follow ups, they came, tried & couldn't enable bridge mode. Technician conveyed my modem will be changed to Nokia which will have bridge mode Unlocked. Let's see how this one goes
