Airtel reportedly launched India’s first 5G capable technology ‘Massive MIMO’ (Massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) on Thursday. Initially, Airtel is implementing the new technology in Bengaluru and Kolkata and will expand to other parts of the country soon. The Implementation has been done under Airtel’s Project Leap network transformation program, wherein the network capability has been expanded by three to seven times, using the same spectrum.

Jio tested on Jio server........ why not test Airtel on Airtel Server......

@ijsa I tested on Airtel but speed hovered around 40. These were the peaki got. Also thats why i tested on Trai App.

Idea don't have any liberalise spectrum in 1800 band in UPe neither do Vodafone only have 5MHz....

Does Idea uses airtel 1800 MHz band to provide 4G if not how come Idea has 10 MHz in Band 3?

And what is liberalize spectrum mean?
Airtel in Haryana has both liberalize and non liberalize spectrum in 1800mhz band. How will it affect 4g deployment?
Non Lib : 6.2mhz
L iberalise : 5mhz+3.4mhz+1.6mhz
