I wanted to unsubscribe with airtel, but that process is not easy either. I am shifting city, so I sent them many mails to collect their box, dish and Stop charging me with negative balance if I dont want to use it and that I have requested for unsubscribe, but they are mum. The only mail that they sent is lettling me know that I can keep the connection is safe custody. I dont want that.. From their mail.
Kindly recharge your account with adequate amount so that we can activate Safe Custody into your account to stop daily charges. You can opt safe custody into your Airtel Digital
TV account for maximum of 90 days in period of 6 months. During this period no amount will be debited from your account.
We would also like to inform you that the relocation from one place to another is chargeable and the cost of relocation is as follows:-
If De-installation & Re-installation is processed by Airtel Digital TV Engineer, charges would be Rs 600
If customer carries all the old Digital TV equipments to the shifted/New place, charges would be Rs 300
If Relocation is within same customer premises, charges would be Rs 200
The minimum balance in customer’s account required to initiate relocation process would be as per the above mentioned charges. Kindly recharge your account accordingly
