Working fine for me currently. Looks like they are planning for a big leap Mobile services are getting pathetic in Delhi and Broadband was always pathetic now its time for DTH

^^it's already pathetic here in delhi. you can't call customer care cause phone will disconnect before you connect with a representative,if you do get through, their systems will not be able to take your complaint and they will ask you to call later, and the story will keep on repeating.you won't get reply to email complaints. i am seriously fed up with them. wish i had the time to file a consumer court case and fight it.

^well u know y i chose airtel above all dth players(apart from price which was competitive )??????i called all big players and found that most were making me wait inspite of the fact that i was a potential customer and i still had to wait on calling them big time and i thought if a potential customer has to wait this much god save the real customers:smiley-cool06:, and airtel talked to me without waiting time almost.not that airtel is the best and i love it to the core.i just told my thinking and experience.
