Airtel DVR Hangs Now and Then

Hi,I have an Airtel DVR, The problem I have is rather wierd,The Box hangs now and then, When I go to view my recordings It does not display, I have to switch it off and on again to view my recordings, and When i do that I sometimes lose my settings and Recording on programmes which I have made for later programs.Is there a new Software version released to fix these bugs ? I am v 257.If Yes please give instructions to update the Box.Also the mobile recordings dont happen properly.Please help.Thank you

Looks like STB is faulty, call the CC and register a complain, the box must be in warranty they'll repair or replace it FREE.
