And my erroneous billing saga continues into November...the SoBs continue to bill me for Netflix premium though I never opted for it..thankfully the static IP charge is not included. Pathetic!

So, he returned back 50Rs and kept the 11Rs. I feel like I should forward this to higher authorities, but I am being lenient and let him keep 11Rs.
