Airtel fiber and its pathetic routing to ME

I am again getting extremely high ping on Middle East servers.. ME South and ME central both above 200ms

yes the problem is back , its just that now all ISP are getting 200-300ms to bahrain aws servers. i ended up finding an expensive fix i.e using exit lag 500rs per month which brings my ping back to 55ms rather than 250ms.

i just wanna know is there any good free VPN or tunneling we can do to fix this routing issue or the exit lag is only option left?

Anyone else on airtel with a terrible routing to AWS ME servers rn? Is there a workaround?

I am using gearup booster. This network accelerator/ ping optimiser also works on console. It fixes my ping to Bahrain servers and also ensures open NAT type.

It was free previously. Now its $9 Per month, lesser if you choose annual plan. On iOS & android I think there are many such free services I think.

The good thing about these services is that they are optimised for gaming, and do not encrypt the data like VPN does.
