Airtel fiber connectivity issue (SONY TV)

Hey guys.

I recently got the airtel firber connection but have been facing this weird issue.

Every device at my house is able to connect with airtel wifi except 2 Sony bravia TVs. They both are android. Before airtel i had CONNECT and it worked fine.

Have already contacted airtel support and even had technicians visit but they are not able to understand what exactly is causing this issue. Even done a factory reset on one TV but all in vain. Even tried switching between both wifi frequencies.

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated

Have you tried 2.4 Ghz wifi? Some TVs wont support 5 Ghz network and some wont support DFS channels even if it support 5 Ghz.

So first try 2.4Ghz network and incase 5Ghz network try channels less than 50.
