Airtel Fiber - Intermittent loss of net

HI,
Since today I noticed that the Net icon on my PC changes to Globe indicating No internet every now and then. Within a few seconds Internet is back.
I kept a check on the WAN status in my ZTE f680L and find that when this happens the refresh on status fails with error server not available.
I have dual boot with Linux and I am yet to check if the same issue is on Linux as well but I suspect something is wrong at the airtel side.
May be they are getting exhausted of public ips??

Any clues what might be going wrong? PON power is good at -21db.
LAN connection to router is stable at 1Gbps.

What do you see under 'wan connection status', you should also try to monitor the connection by pinging the gateway(first airtel ip) and the router IP.
Public IP or any kind of IP under Airtel once assigned does not gets reset. If there is a PPPoE connection error, then it must be due to overload on the BNG.

The screenshot is the WAN connection status itself. Indeed it was an issue at airtel. the issue got auto fixed. I did not do anything anywhere. thx
