Airtel Fiber: Nokia G-140WC router USB not working

I am using 2Tb external 3.5 inch hard drive(using hard disk enclosure) and the drive format is NTFS. First I connected my drive to laptop and formatted this drive to NTFS, after this I connected drive to modem and enabled ftp. Its working fine.

For this router, the USB FTP feature only works via LAN. That means you need to connect your device via Ethernet cable to the router and create a network location in the File Manager.

I have a SanDisk External SSD, its not supporting to the Airtel Nokia nor Gio-fiber router, is there any issue with the storage capacity they support because they support an old 4gb pen drive but not the 1tb SSD.
