Hi,

I have an airtel office 1499 yearly connection. My billing cycle is 16th to 15th. Today (01/06/2024) at midnight my speeds reduced to 1 Mbps and the business portal and customer care are adamant that my data fup of 3.3 TB has been exhausted. Now I have a UDM Pro connected via bridge mode and I have a secondary internet in load balancing. And as per UDM pro logs my total usage for the period from 16th May to today is 1.35TB. So clearly I have not exceeded the FUP. Is there a way to check Airtel fiber usage and if anyone else have had a similar issue. Also I have heard form some people in my city that multiple people are getting this issue of data allotment getting over in 10-12 days. Who do I contact for this. Customer care is useless, they just keep saying wait for the bill cycle to end.

Airtel and UDM both logs cannot be trusted. However, I would lean on Airtel logs being more correct than UDM as Ubiquiti is famous for bugs and nothing else. I was contemplating on getting a UDM but my current Netgear stays...

The logs have been pretty accurate for me as the one other time my FUP was shown as exhausted I had used 3.4 TB as per UDM. But this time my usage was very low and I was not using the internet for almost a week. So to finish 3.3 TB in circa 9-10 days will be impossible.

Update: I emailed the customer care and now a technician has called and admitted that over 2 Tb of data was left out of 3.3 Tb. Now the speeds are back after some work from the backend team.
