Airtel fiber vs jio fiber lucknow dec 21 any review ?

Hi,
I am thinking to switch to jio fiber so want review for indiranagar lucknow area ,i have following queries
Is jio fiber as good as airtel in service and up time
I need to host server due to developer needs ,so jio provider allows this?
How is the overall experiance about landline provided
In jio fiber rules it was said that calling to premium numbers will be charged so what are these premium numbers
And if you suggesting to continue with airtel then why?
I have heard that jio fiber has data privacy issues ,but i feel airtel too have same as both forcing you to use their locked modem/routers ,so whats your view regarding it?
I came to know that airtel currently providing zte fiber modem ,i dont want that too

Jio does not offer public ipv4, so you will not be able to host directly. That rules it out in favour of Airtel. Jio and Airtel are in a different league if your requirement is more than watching youtube.

Jio uses CG-NAT (private ip space) so you cannot host anything.

Tl;DR If overall satisfaction is your primary need then stay with Airtel Xstreamfiber.
