Report the matter to TRAI..But chances of them taking any action is very less infact almost zero since u know a couple of weeks back TRAI asked all the Telecom players to waive off Processing charge on talktime recharges.This policy was supposed to be implemented by sept 15...But till now They r charging processing fees and TRAI cant do anything about it.TRAI is a impotent body with very limited rights..They really need to step up against these unethical companies like Vodafone and Airtel for using malpractices against their customers.
Same with banks, RBI is crying hoarse about the interest rates being charged for
