Noticed this manhole cover type written Airtel on it, these are few hundred metres from my house.During end of last year it was put. Is it for the ftth connection or some backhaul for the towers?

I have also noticed same thing near my house but it has RJIL OFC written on it. I think it is reliance jio but whenever I ask them for jio giga fibre connection they refuse. So do you have any idea regarding this.
