So what is the deal? Are calls free for all plans? I called them and they said that free calls are only available for Rs. 1099+ plans, and that lower rental plans will have to use Rs. 99 top-up. However the article on V-Fibre on Airtel's website does not mention that, it simply states that all customers can enjoy free calls.

I am on Rs. 150 plan, I don't expect them to make calls free on the lowest rental plan, so yeah.

No, I have the combo plan, broadband with land-line. I pay 49 bucks extra for unlimited local calls.
