Airtel HD STB Reboot Loop

Hi,
My Airtel DTH STB (HD with Recording) was getting upgraded automatically. After the upgrade process completed and the box rebooted it is now it just won't go beyond "Please wait initializing". Reboots every few seconds. Here is what is happening in detail;
I power up the STB, All LEDs of the STB light up for a few secs
Then only one Green LED stay on
On the TV it now starts showing, "Please wait initializing" and then after a couple of seconds it reboots again and same process starts.
Can someone advice on how to fix this? How to reset the system to the default image if that would help? Is there any way by which I can reset to factory defaults? Connect the STB with my PC and do a reset? Open the STB and push any botton to reset the box?
Any help is appreciated.

I highly doubt you can do anything yourself. The best bet is to call the customer care.

Well, i'm in Qatar and getting the Box changed from Airtel is not an option till such time I get back to India which would be atleast a month of so. For the family not haing access to Home channels is going to be a major issue..... :-(

Try manually upgrading the software once again, when u see the 'Please wait initialisibg screen on your tv" press exit button twice followed by the number key 2465 on your airtel remote. Wait for the software to download again. This is an option you can try now.

V1 thanks for the response however I had tried that earlier but it did not help. This is what worked for me and maybe would be useful for others as well;
When at "please wait initializing" screen, from the remote hit the exit key 4 times and then punch in 2485. Upgrade starts again and that should fix everything back to normal after the next automatic reboot.
Hope anyone who faces this issue would be able to refer to this thread and benefit from this.
