Out dore Unit? Does it work with sim card or its work like wimax? How i can get this connection? What are the plans?

i read their 4g wifi router only works with 4g and 2g network, so when 4g network not available , it will switch to 2g. that means it will give like 256kbps speed..... stupid airtel.
