Airtel IPTV Time Shift Supported Channels

ah so it has happened with you too! i guess its coz the feed breaks for a while and the STB forgets the position. one major thing i hate is that when you pause live tv, you do not get to see the time boxes where u can manually enter the time to jump behind or forward. u only get them on time shift.

These are few problems faced while using network storage(Airtel's Servers)...@desiguru,"like on star movies its just "Movie" instead of the name of movies. Could be a server glitch! "This happens even in Airtel Digital TV(DTH)! And this may be due to the lack of complete information from the Broadcasters.

blah. they also run DTH service. and i bet EPG on Airtel DTH is 1000 times better than the EPG on Airtel IPTV.anyways. i could not find anyway to find out the detail of the program that is running curretnly. info just shows the name of the program. if you want to read more about it... you have to open up the proper EPG menu and navigate to the channel and the time and then check out the information. am i right or am i missing something?info just do not have the detailed info option right ?

exactly, the EPG is not available (as far as real EPG is concerned) in Airtel IPTV. My cable settop box has 100 times better EPG. And Admin, you can atleast see the details of currently running or coming up programs, but nothing apart from name can be seen for timeshift tv! I love to read about movies and decide to watch or not, but I can not.

I counted a total of 50 channels in the TimeShift list as of now in Delhi.I am happy with the TimeShift channel quality and usability, only once (after using it for a 4-5 days) I had an issue where I could not "fast forward" a particular program whereas other programs had no such issue.

Well its 40 channels as of now.....I will try to note down the name of the channels and post it here......I don't know which 50 channels is this guy talking about
