Airtel IPv4 down

Since yesterday I am not getting IPv4 on pppoe. I am only getting IPv6. In place of IPv4 it shows 0.0.0.0 and status Disconnected.

I called CC and all they said is there’s a tech issue. Today when I called I was told that issue is resolved and hence they did not raise SR.

They say tech team is available after 8 AM, call thereafter.

Anyone else facing same issue I am in Pune PCMC area.

Yes facing the same issue on Static IP, no internet browsing.

They are upgrading all areas gradually to close the obvious loophole. This happened to my connection 6 months back and rest is history.

After 5 - 6 reboots of the router the issue got fixed. May be related or just a coincidence.

Same for me.. Static IP is not working.. Nothing has changed from my end.. Have raise complaint..

facing slowness on my airtel fiber connection. the issue started today. aws services are too slow. google dns ping is 95ms

anyone else facing this issue in chandigarh or delhi ?

Yes, in Delhi. As mentioned all services that don't support IPv6 are not working. You can use a VPN(that uses IPv6) to get around, I am using Cloudflare Warp
