Airtel is activating Various subscription packs for customers on their own

Dear friends, I would like to inform that airtel digital tv customer support is activating various subscription packs for the customer on their own and cheating the end customer. My digital tv is in inactive state from past one month, as there is some signal problem. Regarding this I called the customer support, and asked to sort out the issue by sending their technician. But it seems they charge visiting fee from the customer, even after taking monthly rental every month from the customer. I don't understand why they set up customer support if they can't resolve the issue.Instead of resolving the issue they are keep on sending me mails saying that I have subscribed for movies subscription pack, Zapak Digital Entertainment subscription pack etc.Am I crazy to go for various packs when the connectionn is inactive and when I am fed up with their services.We can only hope that the Cable TV industry wakes up to the mess and realize that they have much to lose by providing a lousy service to the end customer.We can also just hope that TRAI wakes up and make the DTH companies offer a better value and product to the customer.We should have access to an open STB which can work with any connection. We should have the power to choose the channels we want to see and pay for individually.And we should have the end satisfaction knowing that we are indeed the king in this market.
