Airtel is charging for 0.facebook.com : Clear case of cheating the customer!

so you are allowed to browser facebook through 0.facebook.com? are you sure your webpages are from 0.facebook.com and not mobile.facebook.com or touch.facebook.com?
 
its 0.facebook.com . Sushubh ji why dont u call customer care and ask regarding this. your doubts will be clarified!!
 
well i do not need to ask my service provider this question.

the question needs to be raised with facebook.

if they are allowing you to access the zero edition, they have to ensure that the customer is not charged.

it is a service offered by facebook in collaboration with mobile service providers. not vice versa!

i have posted a query on facebook support section. post your own experiences there. maybe someone would look into it.
 
called Airtel customer care which said " Sir, facebook is a free site but, free hai toh kya aapko FREE KA BHI BROWSING CHARGE DENA HI PADEGA .. " .It seemed he too is confused.. !:iomg: :huh:
 
LOL, what an answer!that happens when CC tries to apply his own brain and give a reasoning which he thinks is logical..but then he forgot that on internet almost everything free. :D
 
right. contacting facebook support is turning out to be fruitless too. i would try posting it on quora which is not a support forum but still :D

Guys even i to was shocked when i used the facebook from my mobile using Airtel ....i has been charged ....i thought setting might have been the problem but even in Airtel Live or Mobile Office ,,,I have been charged ....AIrtel's cheating towards costumers are not gona End...But in reliance its not been charged..
