I've been using airtel for 1 year its never been an issue until now, constant drops the router would just turn off for no reason midday and the biggest issue of sites just being blocked, not even like piracy sites FUCKING microsoft.com like i can't use onedrive or any of microsoft services that require online connect even anything that barely has to go through microsoft like minecraft it just DOESNT WORK and its not my internet being a issue like some mismanaged router stuff its literally airtel. I can cut all the blocking when i go through cloudflare warp like a proxy and it just works right out. i was still like "okay its still manageable" UNTIL windows update started to get cucked i cannot update my windows and whatever i try, it get stuck connecting to microsoft servers to a point where the entire windows update service stack got corrupted and i have to reinstall windows. even other stuff like instagram doesnt work even reddit doesnt work

I contacted airtel about all of this all they did was sent a guy their "technician" and all he did was reset my router and it did absolutely nothing ive contacted support 7 times all they do is ignore, and its not like they cant fix it just few months ago they decided to block cobalt.tools for no reason so i contacted support and 6 days later they fixed the issue by finally forwarding me to someone higher up

I don't want to go through 6 days of daily calling their helpline 12 times. Does anyone have an email where it goes directly through airtel support to actual people with brains

PS: i cant switch to anything else cuz only airtel is the only fiber provider in our area

Seems like specific issue with your area ip or something. Everything u mentioned works for me except the streamable.com embed lol

Try changing DNS in your browser. That should fix it. Don't bother changing DNS on the router, as that won't be encrypted, so blocked sites will remain blocked. Also, many Airtel routers have locked the router way too much, even DNS settings. 😂

So... it does not look like blocking but rather a bad configuration with MTU or NAT (either on router, Airtel, or your PC). Can't really pinpoint what's going on without a pcap.

Then file a complaint using mobile data, do whatever it takes but see that a complaint is made on PGPORTAL , its high time Airtel learns the lesson.

Even i am facing some issues regarding websites not opening on airtel fiber. Sometimes Canva app doesn't load, currently cannot view bsnl bills online as it keeps loading, frro website doesn't load sometimes but as soon as i switch to hotspot everything works normally. Even tried changing dns but its still the same.
