You can't really change the MTU through the router for my case (titanium 2122A) without using this Airtel GX Titanium-2122A - Using Inspect Element - Video Guide but its already set to 1492, and changing it doesn't seem any help they already have it to auto revert back to 1492 after a restart which in my case its being forced to every 3PM
