You should apply for idea broadband available in Pune.

Idea BB seems to be only 2 or 4 mbps plans with 20-100 GB quota, I already have BSNL 4 mbps with 8 GB and prefer the 30 mbps speeds I get with Airtel 4G at home.

Idea Broadband increased my 15GB quota to 20GB for Rs 600 2Mbps plan.
(now after 20GB, its unlimited with 512 Kbps speed).
