This is an important update for all airtel subscribers in Kolkata.
For the past couple days, am facing frequent disconnection problem. Today Airtel support and engineer both told me that the underground cable of Airtel has been damaged. Worse, they are not getting government permission to replace it !!! They are not sure when the issue might be resolved.
Depending on your area, you might face disconnection problems or websites may refuse to load (even when modem lights are stable).
By the way, do any of you know when these sort of problems are resolved? And what the hell they mean by that they are not getting government permission to replace the cable??
