We need multiple CLS in multiple locations for better distribution of traffic and optimal latency, not all CLS concentrated in only Mumbai and Chennai.

@smop I guess before that, they need to improve domestic routing. It might be fine in tier 1 and metro cities, but for most of the t2 and t3 cities, ISPs don't care one bit about routing.
