In delhi airtel give direct connection , no lco involved. call the no on sticker and ask if connection is feasible.
lovely usually doesn't cut airtel cable due to some incident of past. I am not sure though.
why not considering jio?
also excitel fiber or ethernet?

If airtel is ready to give you connection... get it don't overthink.

Airtel is very picky these days. Alot depends on the local team. I would suggest, contact the airtel's guy responsible for service in the area. He will get it done if it is possible because they have incentive per connection.
You can get the number from any user using fiber or copper connection of airtel

@igloo also i am thinking first to take 3 month 799 plan then change it to 499 from airtel app then if i do this the remaining days i will be charged according to new plan ?

According to many this way works to avoid installation fee and yes days are adjusted accordingly. Can't confirm though as I have not used this personally.
