so it does not matter how fast your net is because you can cross the limit within 3-7 hours.
well yes actually thats a good ploy ...give higher speed ....so that the user will never know how fast he crossed the limit ....
Just like BSNL did with their 2Mbps plan ...u never gets a clue ...of how much u have downloaded ...untill u get a bill ...

that is another problem...the press release from the company had no information on costs after crossing the download limit. 16mbps is capable of doing 2MBPS that is 2 megabyte per second! most ISPs here charge like a rupee for every MB. so you would probably end up paying shit load of money per minute. 
airtel has also not revealed the upload speed of the package. i have not checked their website for new details however. i am not going to do that because this package is an insult to common sense.
