And now even their site shows that and best part it is avialable in delhi as well ......wow

Those are two really good plans !!But Airtel's still not covering the whole of Delhi  ..have been after them for the past 2 yrs since the time they were offering 100 Hrs @ 64 Kbps for 1000 bucks...no luck..donno if they ever will choose to cover my area..nywayz hope this will have some positive impact on MTNL...BSNL Officials should die of "Sharam" :P

Has anyone converted to the Home999 plan? I'm planning on calling them later and asking them about it..... Would there be any charge for changing the plan? (A**holes want me to pay Rs. 400 to downgrade my telephone package).

Why isn't airtel listening to me and freaking coming to my area. I need to leave sify NOW! :(

I called them for an update to home 999, and they say they can give a standalone for the same price, so basically they cannot overcharge me in name of phone usage.

hmmm... not sure if I misunderstood you here... but are you saying that one is not required to take a landline connection for the Home 999 plan? In other words, if I have a Home 128 plan, can I now switch to the Home 999 plan AND get rid of the unecessary telephone line? The thing is that at least on their tariff's page they have indicated it to be a top-up plan, i.e. requiring you to subscribe to a landline too.......

Hey Sushubh, have you switched yet?
