Airtel migrating me to a new plan without intimation with less data but more speed on Xstream Fiber Broadband

Update: Seems like it's going better instead. Now it shows "unlimited" in the data column for me at 200Mbps. I think it means about 3.3TB right? In any case, looks like Airtel is going in the right direction :)
exhaustt the monthly limit and monitor data used via some app. only way to find out the truth.

Just got the April bill. It says 3333GB data. Looks like I'm finally on the Unlimited plan now :D

PS: I seem to have run into a new problem now:

They seem to have added 1000 Rs/- extra on my bill in the name of Amazon Prime. It was free for the first year, but looks like they have auto renewed it without ANY consent or permission from me. I can't find a way to deactivate it from anywhere. 121 isn't helpful at all and Airtel is not replying to my tweets.

Anyone else faced something similar? If I'm paying for Prime I may as well pay for it myself rather than depending upon Airtel.

They would have had the auto renewal clause in the fine print somewhere when you opted for the first year free thing.

Airtel has sent message with unsubscribe link before auto renewal of prime subscription. you can unsubscribe even now. your 1 year subscription will be still active & you can pay for it separately later.

Can you please tell me how to get this message? The only message I've received is a confirmation that Prime is been renewed and it will be charged in the next bill cycle. How can I deactivate it?

you can unsubscribe through Airtel App ->Discover airtelThanks ->Manage Amazon Prime ->UNSUBSCRIBE
your subscription will be active for the current year & will not be auto renewed for the next year
