Airtel Mobile: I want to block outgoind std calls from my fixed line

i want to block std calls so that i cannot make any std call from my landline phone.Does anyone know the options to activate and deactive this feature and also is there any charges on this.
 
Can`t you put a lock code ,like we have on BSNL landlines, to block STD calls?. Give their CC a call.
