Just a tip, as long as you dont use the bulk sms features on SMS portals, it gets through even to dnd nos . Way2sms for ex adds a +0 to your number and sends a message through that number.

Since I have my postpaid corp connection (That would be 2008) and got a bunch of free SMS (200/300 varying).. I have no idea how much an SMS costs & what are the possible combinations possible accross various brands/plans/locations. But yes, it is a surprising reading that they reduced it, only to increase it now again.
