Airtel Mobile now billing VoIP Calls separately on Cellular Networks?

LOL Yep now that TRAI said "its not illegal".

So they will do the same!
 
That is random too but hardcoded in skype. (Every version of skype uses different port)

Also server uses same port or not is not question.

P2P calls use different ports... there is noway Airtel can know which port is used for skype calls unless they inspect packets.
 
airtel has apparently capped my 3g speed to 80 kbps . New methods to prevent usage . WTF is this ?

I would really like to sue aritel but i dont really see any monetary benefit in terms of my time and legal fees vs how much i would gain . I would really like to sue them , airtel has harassed me more than any entity .

it has been there since a few months at least . But what use it is of if they cap speeds like in mine case to 80 kbps . I have tried contacting them multiple times but have received conflicting replies with a few airtel representatives claiming i have used my limit within 4 days of my billing cycle (postpaid ) which i know i haven't . Android tracks usage pretty well .
