Airtel Mobile now billing VoIP Calls separately on Cellular Networks?

can not see it in news. But still it does not harm them.

I suppose first they thought their decision to charge VoIP extra would cause outrage (which did), so they declared - "we will come out with VoIP packs soon".

But later "TRAI came out saying - nothing illegal"

So Airtel would be like - "Oh cool! We did nothing wrong - withdraw the VoIP packs"
 
Roll back of VoIP charges OR VoIP packs?!

The tweet on previous post said "pack"
 
To add to that, in some circles they consider Valentine's Day as a blackout day. Not sure what's the logic in that :D

Coming back on topic, this unfortunately seems to have put pressure on TRAI to come out with that 'consultation paper' :|
 
Yup. Airtel achieved their goal. The plan was just an excuse to get the debate started.
