I had subscribed with airtel MOBILE OFFICE GPRS (Rs. 499/month) sice 5 months. All worked well, but now since 20 days, some sites have been blocked by Airtel services. As i can access all the sites from my PC but these some sites are not accessible ( page cannot be displayed) ... And when at same time I use to connect via MTNL Dial-up-connection these sites work well (On the same PC, at teh same Time), But they are accessible via Airtel GPRS ...I had Complained several times but in Vain...teh executives used to :::* disconnect the calls after putting you on hold• They act as if they cannot hear anything.• They pickup calls and keep silent for some time and disconnect.what this means ? Actually the employees (at Airtel : Software Engineers doesn't rectify the problem )Above all they say WE PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE OF ALL Does they ???
