Yeah, thats what I have described in my previous post. The default browser works but not applications like Opera Mini.

I am facing the same problem.I use Nokia 5300 and activated the Airtel NOP services at *567*2# The amount of Rs 99 got deducted instantly but I am not able to browse the internet anyhow. Neither versions of Opera Mini (4.2 & 5 beta) are working.Worst of all.. I tried calling the customer care people but the lines are not working. What to do now? Is there any way out?

for s40v5 phone there is a work around you can create proxy for other apps in your mobile to access internet.

Try this link : dotsis

Ps : if the link is removed by mod.PM me i will send you the link.

Are you using NOP settings?

@demigodI had used that method and was able to access Opera Mini and other Java applications on my S40 phone but was charged for it.When I contacted Airtel about it they said, you have changed the settings and therefore you are being charged for it.

Dear Vinisha/all facing this problem

you need to receive MO settings, sms MO to 543210(Toll Free). To Use Mobile Office service and save the MO settings as your default settings.

try (Toll Free) *567# only to get help
