Airtel network cable cut BB nd landline dwn

Alright after 3 days of dwn internet finally I cm to knw tdy network line has been cut nd becz of tht landline nd broadband hav gon dwn unfortunately its only fr my area.. I feel very backward withou my internet connection :(

heh yeah. that could be the reason considering these incidents happen way too rarely. :D
 
airtel ppl said thy will restore bak th connect. By tdy but nothing has bee restored till nw :( plus i get charged fr these days too suxs!
 
4th day tdy nd still no connectivity...called cc again they tell me that according our sys. Ur landline nd net should hav been bak i was like wtf nothing has been bak till nw so thy again fwrded to sm fuktels escalation dept. Who will tell me th same thing as thy said ystdy tht we will do it by tdy... I hav so much pending work nw :(
 
get a call at 11 frm thm tell me tht sm engineer visit has to be done no one showed up had to call cc again thy tell me thy fwrded sm mail fr ths...ths is bad th only reason fr me to cont. With fuktel after fup was thr service nd uptime network but currently its nt looking tht grt !!
 
well net is back tdy..... apparently seems like some major fault or something.......they are saying someone cut all their wires of the poles... and most colony ppl are without airtel network becz of that.....however sm airtel guy came did something fr 2 min outside the box and net was back.... :rofl:

u should get a rebate for the days u were disconnected

ya well they said they will.......but I dnt think they will :P
