airtel new plans for selected regions

There is no change in the Plan structure in Tamilnadu. In Mumbai the new plans are announced. But the FUP is enforced here in Tamilnadu and my download speed has been reduced to 64 kbps form my original speed of 128 kbps

I enquired twice about the plans (Mumbai) on the airtel experience site. 1st they said those plans havent been launched yet and cannot be provided. 2nd they emailed me the plans from the main airtel site which doesnt have the plans shown in airtel experience like browser 899 and turbo 1099. Seriously what the hell is airtel doing? A big company like theirs cant even provide proper info.
