Airtel new router: Sercomm AOT-4221SR

5ghz speed depends a lot on wifi client also. A mimo device which connects at 800mbps can easily touch 400mbps+ in most cases.
Like latest S series or iPhone.
To check true router capability ... wired connectivity via 1gbps port is must.
Mine via wired laptop.

Plan ? And what cable to use will that shit cables given with router touch that speed

I have both excitel fiber @ 300mbps n Airtel fiber @ 40mbps for now.
Won't be recharging Excitel after current long term plan expires as Excitel net give me problems at odd times.

@pranav sharma that speed test is for Airtel Noida server.

Just curious about the new router... is there a performance difference between routers with and without antennas?
I mean I like Nokia for its looks and functionality rather than everything clubbed into one. Helps give better idea about issue, whatsoever. But if both the ones are similar then Why not go for antenna less ones.

It depends on hardware used. Jio white router was the best one and was able to handle stress easily with good range.
on other hand Nokia router performs worst on high load and it gets loss of packet loss when downloading lot of files on multiple devices.

TP-Link and Asus handles load easily as well

@Tejas i have placed this router in my hall and my 1800 sq feet house it covered even with 2 walls and one door in between i am getting 50 mbps on 5ghz , i have no need of mesh and all just regular user and not that big house
