It has AI tools and Adobe's Asset Library in comparison to free. I am not sure for whom this is catered, as I doubt anyone will migrate to paid options later.
It seems to be a replacement for Perplexity, as I don't see that under plans anymore.

Ig Airtel knows that AI is just a gimmick and the bubble will pop soon lol. So threw us some different bone, ofcourse no one will choose paid services later on that too from Adobe except a few.
