Several days back I was getting low international bandwidth therefore I called 121 and their technical team did some changes from their end most possibly the ont configuration as I see some parameters are different now, although the international bandwidth remains the same i have started to experience high web load time now it's been 7 days I am asking to reset the ont but they are not doing anything on this, whenever their on ground engineer comes to visit they use ont reset button but eventually the ont is auto configured as soon as it connects to airtel network using fiber cable, the on ground engineer has become very rude now, what should I do as I have already paid for 6 months for 300mbps plan
